With another medal at the UCI Downhill MTB World Championships, Troy Brosnan has capped off another cracking season. While the life of a pro rider means plenty of time in airports and hotels, there is sometimes time for a trip home as well.
In winter, Jasper Da Seymour travlled to Adelaide while Troy was at home training, and he took along some GoPro video gear to see exactly what Troy would get up to on a day training at home.
We were surprised to see he spends so much time on the pump track – but that's probably why Troy is just so damn smooth!
