Duke Millington whips to victory at Cannonball
Day 3 of the Thredbo Cannonball Festival is about riding, the Flow Motion Cup... and Whip Wars.
Thredbo has really turned it on today! With the sun out and the trails running super fast we saw some great racing in the Canyon Bike Flow Motion Cup with Dean Lucas taking the win in pro men and Sian Ahern keeping up her form taking out the top step in the Pro Women.
Because men put 50% more into it, they get 50% more out. Apparently.
The SRAM whip Wars had everyone one in edge with flips whips and all other manner of tricks. In the finals the it was tighter than Josh Carlson’s pants but it was Duke Millington that held it past 90 and road away with the top spot.
