In this Issue: AMB #171
AMB's latest issue is on the shelves! Here's a look at what is inside AMB #171.
In our latest issue we not only announced the AMB Photography Awards present by Shimano, but we interviewed the winning photographers. This is the second year we ran the competition, and we are stoked to see the range of entries that gets us pumped to ride, and reflect on the places our sport can take us and the experiences we have.
While the magazine is a bit of an ode to the Photo Awards, there's all the usual stuff you'd expect, like opinion pieces from Anna Beck, Seb Jayne and Chris Panozzo.
Incase you missed it, we went to the UCI XCO and DH World Championships in September. We also went to the Marathon (XCM) World Championships the following weekend. Some mega galleries went online at the time but there is a full wrap on the experience in this issue.
We've also got a look at the first Reef to Reef MTB event. It was an ideal winter break to Tropical North Queensland, and rest assured we will be back – here's why.
On the photo front, we also have interviews with two leading photographers, Damian Breach and Michal Cerveny, about how they got into photography, and why they shoot.
We also tested 3 new bikes. The Sunn Shamann S1 Finest, and another XC rocket ship the Ridley Sablo. We also had plenty of trail time on the all-new Trek Remedy 9.8 – and the small changes to the design had some big results.
What's new on the 2019 Trek Remedy 9.8? from AMBmagazine on Vimeo.
We've also got plenty of gear review, tips on training, skills, workshop tasks and nutrition. Head down to your local newsagent to find a copy of AMB Issue #171. And if heading to the newsagent 7 times a year isn't your thing – you can always subscribe and save some money as well.
