SRAM Enduro Jam returns to Maydena Bike Park
The SRAM Enduro Jam is said to be one of the most fun mountain bike festivals on the calendar - will you test that out this December?
Maydena Bike Park have just announced the return of the SRAM Enduro Jam for a 3rd year! The bike park crew will be back from December 1st – 3rd with 3 massive days of racing at the iconic gravity bike park about an hour outside of Hobart, Tasmania.
The line up inclides the Whip Off, live music, and much more. There will be 3, 2 and 1 Day Jam Categories that give opportunities for racers of all abilities to compete across up to 6 unique race stages.
2023 sees some format changesto the SRAM Enduro Jam, which should help to improve the racing experience for all racers, reducing uplift wait times and course congestion, while also improving spectating opportunities. These include:
– Separating Open and Pro race courses and sessions
– Reducing Pro Jam racing to 2 stages per day
– Introducing a “Top 20 Shootout” on Sunday afternoon for Pro Jam Racers to decide the overall winners.
Why visit Maydena Bike Park for the SRAM Enduro Jam?
Because it's totally unique! The SRAM Enduro Jam is built around the diverse gravity trail network at Maydena Bike Park. While Australia has a number of exceptional mountain bike parks, no one really competes with Maydena in terms of sheer variety of gravity fed enduro trails with dedicated uplift and climbing options,
The event team have created a laid-back and supportive race environment for all abilities with unlimited uplift-assisted race laps, meaning you can set as many race times as you like on each stage, keeping only your fastest time.
