World Champs DH: Track Walk at Val di Sole

The 2021 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships have begun! With the racing in Val di Sole, Italy, riders from around the world are competing to put their line in the sand, or take home a coveted world title.
France has already scored a win in the XCO Team Relay, and the Downhill track walk has been completed – here's a look and insights from the Santa Cruz Syndicate.
The downhill run at Val di Sole is known as the Black Snake. It's steep, rough and punishing. But only when timed practice happens will we know who might master it on race day.
